How do I connect 2 Zaps with a specific condition?

I have a name that I took for the first time 
I want to get this name in the other Zaps

I used the Storage tool in Zapier 
And you associate the specified name with the Key 
But I am facing a problem, which is that the tool will create an update for the new specified name
I want the name not to be updated unless the seventh value that I linked to the key is cleared
