How do I change label in gmail after a Zap has completed

My use case:

Invoice is received via email to a specific gmail address, a Label is automatically applied within Gmail.  - “Accounting”

I have a Zap looking for a new labeled Email in Gmail with ‘Accounting’, uploads any attachment to GDrive.

I would like this Zap to then change the label on THAT email to ‘Accounting-Processed’

How do i do that??

Hi @amission

Try using these 2 Gmail Zap actions:

  • Action: Gmail - Add Label to Email
  • Action: Gmail - Remove Label from Email

Thank you Troy, my question is identifying the ‘Message to be labeled” when you setup the action. in the ‘Add Label to Email in Gmail’ action step
