How do I change anything not on a specified list of items to an "other" for the action app to receive it?

I attached a screen shot. On my trigger app sometimes loans come over that aren’t on that attached list and it causes an error. Is there a way to transform anything that’s not VA, FHA, Conventional, USDA, Cash buyer or Jumbo to be transformed to Other Loan so it still goes through?
