Screenshot is showing the output data from splitting texts (all as line items) from a fireflies meeting next actions. I’m trying to manipulate these data. Output #3 is our CEO’s name, and Output #7 is our client.
The number of participant can change every meeting, and I’m trying to combine all next steps actions from the meeting that the Client needs to do. Basically if there are multiple participants from the client side like 3 participants, if fireflies.ai captures the next steps separated from each speaker, I need them to combine under one business name in general, and Output #3 as our business name.
So to summarize it, If 3 participants are from client side, combine all their next steps under one name (client’s business name), and our CEO name’s under our business name.

Great question! Hmm,I wonder if you might be able to use a Code step to group the different names and their corresponding next steps together. Not sure how familiar you are with coding but, the Code by Zapier app does have a Generate with AI feature that can write the necessary code for you. You can find out more about that here: Generate a Code step using AI (Beta).
Alternatively, perhaps you might be able to use a ChatGPT action, or a similar AI app on Zapier to group them.
