How do I build a multi-step approval workflow using Google Forms and Slack with Zapier?

Hello, 

 

This is my day-2 using Zapier here. Trying to build a multi-step approval workflow, but hitting some technical roadblocks. Any tips on common hurdles or specific areas I might be overlooking?

I receive input from a Google Form.

Once submitted, it will ping the Approver #1 via slack. 

If Approved, then it will continue to ping the Approver #2 via slack. 

If Approved, then it will continue to ping the Approver #3 via slack for final approval. 

Once this is fully approved, the form submitter will receive an email notification that it’s fully approved.
