How do I build a flow that analyzes email threads (for info) and auto-responds to customer service requests?

Hello everyone,

I would like to ask you support for creating flow in zapier with gmail and chatgpt. I would like to create a flow that automates the response in emails and takes into account the email thread. The purpose of this flow is to have certain information that customer service needs. Is it possible to create this type of flow? The only way that I have been able to locate simply responds to the emails without considering the email thread and consequently without considering all of the above. How can I do this?

Sorry we missed your message here previously. Were you since able to get the desired workflow set up between Gmail and ChatGPT? 

If not, to reference the previous messages you’d need to use the Memory Key or Conversation ID settings in the ChatGPT action. That would allow the Zap to reference the relevant ChatGPT conversation history that contains the previous emails that ChatGPT has already generated responses for in that email thread.
