ActiveCampaign’s native integration with Stripe does not seem to be able to bring over specific product data, so we are not able to tell what product a customer has bought. This is a problem for us as we want different automations for different product purchases.

Do the Zapier integrations bring over product information? Will we be able to see in ActiveCampaign what product has been purchased?

Thanks for any help!

Hi @Kate4604

Good question.

Often the best way to know for sure is to do a quick test.

Zapier has a free plan that can be used to test the Stripe integration.

Hey @Kate4604! It sounds like what you’re asking about is very similar to this thread:

Being able to grab product data/search for products from orders looks to be an open feature request on our end. Following along on the thread I linked to above will be the best way to stay in the loop for if/when we make these updates to the Stripe app!

It would be useful if this integration pulled more data, other than what is provided from a Stripe “Payment” or “Charge”, like Stripe “Receipt” data.  So far, it seems that you can only get the URL of a receipt from a Stripe payment/charge, rather than the actual data from the receipt.  You cannot capture units sold, or other useful transaction data for your spreadsheet/database from Stripe’s “Payment” or “Charge” information. Perhaps Zapier can create a find Stripe receipt Zap?
