How do I automatically send completed inspections to specific participants only when a checkbox is ticked?

Hello guys,

 

I need help with setting up a flow when one specific box is ticked in my inspection to send email to another participant. 

My flow is as follow: 

Until step 5 is working as i want to, but i’m not sure if the next 2 steps are correct or i need different approach because I tried with different filters and it’s still not working.

Step 5 is sending the emails with attached inspection to “person 1” and i want, if in the inspection is ticked one specific box to continue and send that inspection to “person 1” and “person 2”.

We would need to see screenshots with how your Filter steps are configured.

 

Options:

  • Filter
    • Separate Zaps with Filter step
  • Paths
    • 1 Zap with Paths

Hi @Troy Tessalone 

 

When this boxed is ticked as on the picture on the inspection

I need to trigger email to another additional person.

Currently my filter is as follow:

 

 

 

I’ve tried with different filters like if “Boolean is true or false” or if the “number is greater or less than”, if the value “exist or no” but nothing is working.

And i can see the same when i try to filter.

Try changing the Filter conditions to: Exactly Matches 1
