No one can help me? 😭

Hi @Ereki84,

Welcome to the Community. We apologize for the late reply to your concerns.

However, due to API limitations, Zapier can't directly add emails to existing Mailchimp journeys. Still, workarounds include creating standalone campaigns with Google Sheets content, using Zapier webhooks to interact with Mailchimp's API (if supported), or dynamically tagging users to trigger new automation or campaigns that simulate journey updates.

You may contact Mailchimp support for additional guidance with their API.

So far as I undrstood I canno even create a new journey from scratch and then add new mail right, but only add new campaign, right?
Thank you.

Hey there, @Ereki84! 👋

So far as I undrstood I canno even create a new journey from scratch and then add new mail right, but only add new campaign, right?

The Mailchimp Transactional app has actions to be able to send an email rather than campaign, but you wouldn’t be able to have a new email added into the end of a customer journey in Mailchimp via a Zap. We have an existing feature request to add support for customer journeys which you could find useful so I’ve gone ahead and added your vote to that feature request which helps to increase it’s priority. While I can’t make any promises around when/if it will be added we’ll definitely send you an email notification once it is!

I tried to put the trigger on new spreadsheets row but on event I don’t have a specific option that allow me to add a new mail at the end of an existing journey.

If you’re wanting an email to be sent to a customer that reaches the end of a customer journey perhaps you could build a customer journey in Mailchimp that ends in a webhook call:

That webhook would then run a Zap that uses a Catch Hook (Webhooks by Zapier) trigger. From there you could have the Zap uses a Send Email or Send Template (Mailchimp Transactional) action to send an email to the customer. I should note that the Webhooks app is a bit more advanced, but we have a guide on how to set up Webhooks triggers here: Trigger Zaps from webhooks

Could that work for your needs here?

If you give it a try and run into any trouble or have any questions just let us know—happy to assist further! 🙂
