  • How do I automate Xola to add the correct guide to a reservation when a client books a captain?

Hello!

I work for a boat rental company. We use Xola as our booking software for the boats, and Book Like a Boss for our clients to book captains for their rental. Currently, when a client books a captain, we have to then manually add the captain’s name onto the reservation in Xola (as a guide). I am trying to find out if there is any way to automate this so that when a client books a captain, Xola can automatically add the proper guide to the proper reservation. Anyone have experience in anything similar?
