How do I automate voucher code allocation and deletion in Zapier when a new user registers on our website?

Hi guys, i am searching for a solution for the following task:

I have a table with 10k voucher codes. This table can be a Google sheet or a Zapier Table or something else. If a new Zap starts (a new user is registered on our site and the data are provided in a new Zap), I want to add one of those 10k voucher codes from our database to the Zap (get one item/row), and delete this "used" voucher code from the table.

What is the easiest way to do this with Zapier?

Hi @fabulabs 

I’d recommend using Airtable instead of GSheets.
