Question

How do I automate updating rows in Google Sheets for each new Shopify order using Zapier?

Hello!

I’m trying to create an easy workaround for myself. Essentially, I have a Shopify store that needs to send a unique login code to a customer once they purchase a specific product.

My idea is to have a Google Sheets doc with a list of pre-generated codes. Once an order is fulfilled, I would like to update a row in Google Sheets by adding the customer's email, name, etc., so the information can be pulled and sent to Klaviyo.

I have everything set up except when I update the spreadsheet row. I'm assuming the zap will update only that one row? How can I make it so that every time it zaps, it skips down to the next row and adds the new data into a blank row that already includes data from the column of pre-generated codes?

Is this possible?
