I've successfully set up a Google Form to populate my Google Spreadsheet (acting as a CRM). However, I can’t seem to find a way to automate one more step.

Goal: When a Google Form response is submitted, automatically update Column F (containing a dropdown menu) to "Contract Sent" in the corresponding row of my spreadsheet.

Any tips on how to do that?

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: GForms - New Form Response
  2. Action: GSheets - Lookup Row
  3. Action: GSheets - Update Row
    1. Map the Row/ID variable from Step 2
