I want to automate my staff name from servicem8 to monday.com - For example, my staff will create a new job form in servicem8 and they will enter the customer details and once they click save, the information will register to monday.com… I want to automate the staff name who created the job form in servicem8 to register into the people column in monday.com. when starting from servicem8 and clicking on the option “New Job”...
and after entering all the details, the information will be sent to Monday.com… we want that whoever created the Job order or new job will be automatically registered in Monday.com under the agent column. Example like this one:
I seem to find the option in Zapier under these fields:
but the results just come out as numbers instead of the staff’s name.

You may need to explore using the ServiceM8 API to lookup the Staff by their ID.
