How do I automate the process of adding 100 transcripts to different lines in Zapier, correlating each with a meeting title?


voglio costruire un zap se arrivano altre 100 trascrizioni su fathom ovviamente queste trascrizione vanno messe in 100 righe diverse e per collegre ad ognuna riga deve fare riferimento al titolo della riunione perche nel titolo della riunione ce puo essere solo uno dei tre l'email numero di cellullare o il numero di riga e Testo completo della trascrizione nella collanna D non che ogni volta devo aggiornare l'email o il numero di riga manulamente con nuovo zap se non hai capito fammi delle domande nella riga dove ce il numero di cellulare o l'eamil o il numero di riga corelata al titiolo della riunione se non hai capito fammi delle domande ho fatto anche una tabella su zappier poi sono andato su risorse colle gate ho creato uno zap con 4 step fathom, fomratter by zappier e zappier tables il titolo della riunione e la trascrizione arrivano sulla tab zappier da fathom adesso voglio cercare la riga in cui e correlata l’email al titolo della riunione ma non va

ciao grazie del tuo messaggio ​@JammerS infatti lo fatto però quello che voglilo quando arriva una nuova trascrizione da fathom io non che devo aggiornare lo zap ogni volta che arriva una nuova trascrizione come faccio a farlo? ce quando lo voglio mettere su google fogli fa riferimento solo al precedente ma se puoi arriva una nuova trascrizione con una nuova email come faccio renderlo automatico riesci a capirmi ? ciao ​@SamBtu cosa ne pensi riesci a capirmi cosa voglio fare?

To automate updating Google Sheets with new Fathom transcripts, set up an Email by Zapier trigger for incoming transcript emails. Use Email Parser by Zapier to extract the transcript data, then add a Google Sheets "Create Spreadsheet Row" action to insert the data into the appropriate columns. This setup ensures automatic updates without manual Zap adjustments.

ciao ti ringrazio del tuo messaggio, ho provato cercare su youtube ma con scarsi risultati mi potresti spiegare per favore step by step la tua idea perche ho visto sia Email Parser by Zapier che fathom devo essere per forza il primo trigger in uno zap e quindi come possono coisistere assieme?

Hi there ​@andrei pasca 👋

I don’t think you’d need to use Email Parser as the trigger here. Using Fathom’s New Transcript trigger should give you the text for the transcript in a field called Transcript Plaintext. There’s something wrong with the images that were uploaded in your previous reply, when I click on the thumbnail image it just shows a “Whoops, looks like something went wrong.”—would you mind uploading them again so that I can take a closer look at them? 🙏 

It sounds like it might be more that you need help parsing the meeting title to extract a unique identifier, then using that to look up the correct row in Zapier Tables, and update column D with the transcript from the meeting. Am I understanding that correctly?

If so, would the meeting title be unique to each meeting or could there be cases where different meetings might have the exact same meeting title? In which case I wonder if it might be better to try extracting a unique identifier for the meeting from a different field so that the Zap is able to correctly identify which record in the table needs to be updated. 🤔 Would the join_url would be different for each meeting? If so you could potentially use a Formatter (Text > Split Text) action to extract the meeting ID number that’s used in the URL. Do you think that approach could work?

Buongiorno grazie del tuo supporto ma non funziona perché io voglio ad esempio 

 

Nella riga 15 c’è e-mail nome@gmail.com ed arrivata la trascrizione 

 

Ma se da fathom arriva una nuova trascrizione con una nuova email ad esempio zappier@gmail.com e questa email non si trova nella riga 15 ma si trova nella riga 50 e quindi quando arriva una nuova trascrizionei voglio mettere in quella riga lì ATTENZIONE NON Voglio creare un altra riga perché riga tutte le righe sono già esistenti con il nome email e numero così vale per tutte le nuove trascrizioni che vengono da fathom io da questo zap voglio che capisca in automatico che quando vede all’interno del titolo di un e-mail deve capire in quale riga si trova l’e-mail e mettere di fianco la trascrizione in google fogli riesci a capirmi?
