How do I automate ScoreApp submissions to create leads in Dynamics 365?

Hi

I am trying to set up an automation between ScoreApp and Dynamics 365 that automatically creates a lead in dynamics when a submission is received.

 

I have a field in Score App, [Optin] that can be true or false,

when “True” THEN Dynamics 365 [Marketing Materials] = Send

when “False” THEN Dynamics 365 [Marketing Materials] = Do Not Send

 

Not sure how i go about doing this in the action step, I have successfully mapped all others just not sure how i transalte responses like this, can someone help please?

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how the field is configured in EDIT mode so we are able to see the field type and field description.
