I have a group of webinars for the same topic scheduled ion Zoom. I would like to register a person for the earliest zoom webinar available. In the Create Webinar Registrant box it looks like you have to select the Webinar ID. Is there a way where I could find out the earliest Webinar still possible to join and then use that information to register the person to it. Any would be great,

Try this Zap action: Zoom - Find Meeting/Webinar

May take some testing to determine which found Webinar is returned.

Could be:

  • First Created
  • Last Created
  • First Modified
  • Last Modified
  • Earliest Date & Time
  • Latest Date & Time
  • Alphabetical A>Z
  • Alphabetical Z>A
  • Random
  • etc.
