How can I automate so that my mailchimp subscribers are automatically subscribed to transistor using zapier?

Hi @Alexandre Matos

Try these Zap steps: (screenshots)

Ty Troy!

I tried these steps, but isnt working

@Alexandre Matos

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.

Check your Zap Runs history for activity: https://zapier.com/app/history/

Can you elaborate about what isn’t working?

Are you encountering errors? (If yes, then post screenshots.)

New subscribers to mailchimp are not being registered on transistor.fm automatically via zap, nothing is being recorded as an error or in the activity history

@Alexandre Matos

Has there been a new Mailchimp Subscriber since you turned the Zap ON?

Yes, I tested news subscribers and didnt work

@Alexandre Matos

Check if you have double opt-in enabled for the Mailchimp Audience.

Subscribers won't show up in list immediately if you have double opt-in

If your Mailchimp list has double opt-in enabled, you won't see any subscribers added by your zap until after that new subscriber clicks through the double opt-in email.
However, your task history will show a successful task immediately, even if the subscriber does not confirm the double opt-in email.

We are using single opt-in 😥

@Alexandre Matos

Zapier had some ongoing/recent incidents with Zap Runs that may be involved: https://status.zapier.com

After those are resolved, check and test again.

If the issue persists, then you can try a workaround using webhooks in Mailchimp.

https://mailchimp.com/help/about-webhooks/

Zap trigger: Webhook - Catch Hook

Hey there @Alexandre Matos! 👋

I just came across your topic here and wanted to double-check that the Zap started working again once the Incident was resolved

Eager to ensure everything is running as expected now so please let us know whether you’re still running into any issues here! 🙂
