How do I create a Zap that will update my CRM when one of my clients signs my standard agreement in Adobe Sign?  Any idea how I go about this?  It seems ridiculous that I can’t automate this easily.

Thanks,

Linda

Hi @gilbent

There is no Zap app integration yet for Adobe Sign.

Hi there, @gilbent! 👋

I can see that you reached out to our Support team about this a while back. They added your vote to have Adobe Sign to be added to Zapier (on our internal wishlist of apps), but as Troy said, there’s isn’t a Adobe Sign app integration yet—sorry about that!

In the meantime, you could potentially use Webhooks by Zapier for the Zap’s trigger. It looks like Adobe Acrobat Sign (formerly Adobe Sign) would allow you to create a webhook subscription to that would send a webhook to a Zap whenever someone signs an agreement in Adobe Acrobat Sign. See their documentation here for full details: Webhooks in Acrobat Sign. It’s a bit advanced but we have a general guide on how to set up webhook triggers that you might find helpful if you choose to explore this: Trigger Zaps from webhooks

Alternatively, if you get email notifications from Adobe when an agreement is signed then you could set up an automatic email forwarding rule in your email account to forward those notifications to an app like Email Parser. Email Parser could extract information from the email so the Zap could then pass that over to your CRM. You can learn more about how to work with Email Parser here: Trigger Zaps from new parsed emails.

Hope that helps to get you pointed in the right direction. If you run into any issues in giving those options a try, or have questions, just let us know! 🙂
