I am in the process of changing CRMs and I had a previous Zap working where a customer tag was created in Freshworks CRM when that customer made a payment in QBO. I am not the one who created the zap but I believe that it starts with a webhook. I am now using Active Campaign CRM and would like to see if a zap can accomplish this tag creation.

How do I auto-tag customers in Active Campaign when they pay in QuickBooks, like Freshworks?
