I want to automate the creation of cards in Pipedrive when an email arrives in the inbox. We need to have the email attached to the email area of the card and i was only able to attach it as a file. As you can see in the image. 

How can i solve this problem?

For us to have more info, post screenshots with how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode.

For us to have more context, post screenshots with how your Zaps steps 4-5 are configured in EDIT mode.

 

NOTE: Looks like you are using an older version of the Gmail Zap app integration.

Best practice is to update to the newest Zap app integration version.
