I want to automatically create a new bill and upload the attached invoice to the bill in quickbooks online? I use gmail and can see there is a new attachment trigger which is great but how do I get that attachment to link up with the new bill in quickbooks?

Hey @Tom Crane ,

You can use pdf parsing service like DocParser to build this Zap. (https://zapier.com/apps/docparser/integrations)

Please note - Parsing works only if you receive pdf invoice in same format. If the PDF format changes and that might affect your Zap.

Hi @Tom Crane

You won’t need to use a parsing app for this.

However, it doesn’t appear the QBO Zap app integration has an available action to upload a file.
