I have created a step in a Zap to “Create Engagement in HubSpot” whenever someone signs up for a trial. This creates a Task in HubSpot, however, there are no contacts associate to the tasks.
How can I ensure that my Tasks in HubSpot have a Contact associated? Do they need to be an existing contact, or can a new Contact be created?
