How do I adjust Zap to show location names instead of options in Notion from Squarespace

Question

I currently run farmers markets and track vendor submissions through my Squarespace site. I have a Zap running to add each new vendor submission to my Notion tracking page. However, I’ve added a new market location and when someone submits the application, the location shows up as Option 1 or Option 2 instead of the location names. How do I change this?

For us to have more context, we will need to see screenshots with how the steps are outlined and configured, along with how the field is configured in Notion.
