How do I add the call direction when creating a Call Engagement in HubSpot?

I want to add the direction of the call when I am creating a Call Engagement in Hubspot.

I cannot find a field to do this with under Create Engagement in Hubspot. Does anyone know how I can go about putting this data into the Call engagement I am creating?

I am getting the direction data of the call from the phone system itself, so it should be able to be applied right to the Call created.

Which field in HubSpot are you trying to add that value to on the Engagement?

Please post screenshots from HubSpot to provide context about the field.

Sure! I am trying to input the Inbound data from my phone system into the Call Direction field of the call I am creating.

I have attached 2 pictures.

One with the Call Direction field filled out due to them starting the call from Hubspot, and one without that I created with was created with my current Zap.

Can you show screenshots with how your Zap step is configured for the HubSpot Engagement?

Once you select the Type as Call, then try refreshing the fields, which may expose additional fields.
