As you can see, the pdf filler fields stop at 7 even though I want to use about 10 fields. How can I add a few more fields to fill in?

Hi @Bennettheyn

Good question.

From the screenshot, it’s unclear which PDFfiller Zap action you are trying to use.

@Bennettheyn

Have you configured the pdfFiller Base Document being used to have the desired fields?

Each Zap field description indicates the Page and Field Type.

You can try clicking the [Refresh Fields] button.

That worked! One more question. I have a two step zapier flow. The first step is to fill a google form and then fill in the responses on the pdf. It works great for short text. Like I type in start/end time and it adds to this form.

However, I have a multiple choice question about if the visit is phone or unplanned. On the google form it looks like this. If the select phone, can I have the pdf filler check the phone box? If they select unplanned, can it select unplanned?

@Bennettheyn

You’d have to make each of those checkboxes a field I beleive.

Then in the Zap you’ll have to add logic to determine which checkbox should be set to true.
