I want to add a note to a CRM whenever someone clicks a link in my customer journey emails. But it says that it only supports an outdated feature called “classic automations”. 

I’ve found this thread and does it mean that in 2 years, the devs didn’t add this feature?

I did some digging into this, and it seems like the “Link Clicked in Mailchimp” trigger only applies to Classic Automations, and not Mailchimps new Customer Journeys. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team to create a feature request on your behalf to support the new Customer Journey feature.
