Very little context but I ll give it a try :) 

 

You are trying to use the Action Subscribe Lead to List in Kartra, BUT you are passing the wrong value in the Lead ID. This is expecting the Lead ID in Kartra, but you are passing some Product ID ? You need to add a step BEFORE this update. The step would be “Search Lead in Kartra” so you can get the Lead ID first THEN use this ID to update the Lead.

I don’t want to update an existing lead I want to add a buyer who purchased on web site with woocommerce as a new lead in to an existing list in kartra 🙂 Kind regards Mireille

Then instead of Update Lead in Kartra you should choose Create Lead in Kartra
