Hi,

We have a scenario where we want to set up a Zap that triggers every Friday and sends a follow-up SMS and email via Fuzey to all contacts on the 'Estimate Sent' view on monday.com

This custom ‘Estimate Sent’ view is part of our ‘Deals Board’. I have tried several different Zaps including the following but none of them work as required:

‘Get Board Values’ - this asks for a specific item/ID but I want to select ALL values

Support have suggested the following but I need it to send EVERY contact from the view not just ones which have been added/updated:

1. Set up a trigger for the 'Any Column Value Changed in Board' on monday.com. This will detect any change in the 'Estimate Sent' fields throughout the week.
2. Use the 'Append Entry and Schedule Digest' action in the Digest by Zapier app. This will add each detected change to a digest which will hold all the values for the week.
3. Set up a time for your digest to release. This is when the digest will send all the collected data to the next step in your Zap.
4. Use the 'Looping by Zapier' app to loop through each line item in the digest.
5. Set up the SMS and email sending actions with Fuzey for each line item.

I have also tried using make.com to extract the relevant column data (successful) and send it to Zapier via a Webhook. However, this creates the same problem in that the data (each contact) is split into individual requests/items so again I can only extract one item at a time.

I tried using ‘Looping by Zapier’ and the ‘Create Loop From Line Items in Looping by Zapier’ option but again this asks you to map from a specific item and so I’m not sure it will work and its difficult to test:

I’ve also tried ‘Generating Rows on a Google Sheet’ but that only creates one row. Not sure if its because I’m only triggering test data?.

Any further help appreciated with this,

Thanks,

Hi @agtinspire

The solution may involve an advanced approach using the Monday API: https://developer.monday.com/apps/docs/mondayapi
