I just want to make sure I've got a clear picture of what you're aiming for. Could you share a bit more about your ultimate goal with this Zap? It would be super helpful if you could break it down into steps for me.

If you can put it in terms of "When A happens in Service X, B should happen in Service Y", it'll really help me give you the best advice I can.

I'm just trying to make sure we're totally in sync so I can steer you the right way!
