Question

How can I trigger a same zap for different Google shared Drive?

Hi, I am a real estate agent and I created a Zap that automatically generates several folders in my shared Google Drive whenever a new transaction folder is added to a specific location in my shared Drive. Is it possible to “duplicate” the Zap without having to manually recreate it for each team member’s shared Drive? I would like the same folder structure for everyone, named by subject + the transaction’s address everytime a new transaction is added in their Drive. Is it possible? Thanks!

Hey @MelanieS,

Yes it’s possible to duplicate the Zap. See more about it here- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/15408145778829-Duplicate-your-Zap. You still have to configure their Google Drive connection. Hope it helps!

That is what i’m trying to avoid, duplicate the zap and manually configure their Google Drive connection every time a new agent is hired. Is there a way to zap something like “when a new Google shared drive is created in our Workspace, start that zap with their credential”?

Hey @MelanieS,

I don’t think it’s possible to Zap that. I think duplicating would be the way to go for your usecase.
