How can I transfer contact information from FreeAgent to HubSpot without duplicates?

Hi,

I have zero technical knowledge and would appreciate any help anyone could provide.

I want to create a zap from our accounting free agent to Hubspot.

The zap transfers all the contact information from FreeAgent to Hubspot, i.e. first, last name, email and address.

If all the contact information already exists in Hubspot, then not duplicate it

Hi @Alik

Good question.

You can try asking AI for help in creating your Zap steps: https://zapier.com/app/dashboard

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: FreeAgent - New Contact
  2. Action:
    1. HubSpot - Find/Create Contact
      OR
    2. HubSpot - Create/Update Contact

Available Zap app triggers/actions…

FreeAgent: https://zapier.com/apps/freeagent/integrations#triggers-and-actions

HubSpot: https://zapier.com/apps/hubspot/integrations#triggers-and-actions
