There is a trigger on a new Order in CRM, but the order information does not seem to contain the actual detail lines of the order. How can I sync new orders along with all the line item detail to Shopify for fulfillment?  I need not only all the account information for the purchase, but also need the detail for each item in the detail along with the price, discount, and sku.

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the action step that shows all of its fields.

Thanks for your reply and I hope I am providing the information requested.  We are testing using the pre-built on “New Order” task.  Attached is a PDF that shows all the fields that are available when the task runs to pull the data.  As you can see the order detail level (what was actually purchased) is not there.

In contrast, if you look at the image below for the Quote trigger you can see that it contains the detail level.  I need this detail level for the Order so I can pass it along for payment and fulfillment.

When I am trying to do the mapping to Shopify you can see there is no quantity field available to map.
