How can I skip the invoice part with "Pay the invoice before the date " or select another template in Moneybird?

Hi community,

I’m setting up a zap in order to create Moneybird contacts and invoices (+ send them) automatically. The trigger is a completed form in Formidable (linked with Mollie by PronamicPay)

If the action is being triggered the invoice is already paid. So I’d like to skip the part on the invoice that says ‘Pay the invoice before <date>’ on the invoice itself. Is there a way to select another template? Or if someone knows a better idea I’m all ears!

Hi @akroon!

I’ve not used Moneybird myself, but it looks like you might be able to change that with the field ‘Payment conditions’. Could you try typing something like ‘already paid’ in there and see what the invoice looks like?
