How can I setup a Zap to send emails based on specific responses to a question?

Is it possible to only send an email if someone answers YES to a certain question and includes their email? How to do specify certain questions on the zap?

Try adding a Filter as Step 2 in the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help
