I'm a sales person and I use tools like Lemlist, which uses variables.

I address several personas within the same company.

I can address the quality department, the IT department, the manager.

I'd like Mr X from the quality department to become a variable.
Ditto for Mr Y in the IT department.
Ditto for Mr. Z, the manager.

When I extract a database, I get an Google sheet table with the quality managers, another Google sheet table with the IT managers and another with the managers.

With an automation based on the SIRET number, the company name or whatever, can I make sure that on the list of quality managers, the IT managers and the manager are placed in a column that will become a variable?

If so, how do I go about it?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @JoSmVnY

Good question.

To help us have more context, please post detailed screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured and the issues you are encountering.

Hi Troy

I don't have any steps in Zapier, I don't even know if it's possible.

The goal is to transfer columns from one Google Sheet to another Google Sheet, but that they are well placed according to the prospects' company...
