  • How can I set up notifications in HoneyBook when I get messages on multiple Slack accounts?

I am trying to set up my Slack accounts to integrate with Honeybook (my CRM) as well... ideally, when someone messages me in the Slack (I have 3 slack accounts for different clients to connect), I would like to be notified in Honeybook in some way - whether it's through email or a task or just a notification or whatever else may make more sense. I see it gives me the options to trigger setting up a project or client - which isn't exactly what I want as the projects and clients associated with the message are already in Honeybook. What do you suggest I do?

You can try reaching out to HoneyBook Support to get guidance about whether what you are trying to do is possible.

Ask HoneyBook Support if they have an API you can use.
