I work for a small inbound tour operator and I was wondering if Zapier has the features to help us set up an automated enquiries system.

We currently have 3 websites that send all web-imported enquiries to one of our employee inboxes in Goldmine CRM, that employee then forwards our enquiries to one of five sales members, depending on who has the most time to deal with the enquiry.

I'm hoping to fully automate this so that we have a specific inbox that collects all of our web-imported enquiries and sends each one to a different member of sales, depending on a specific set of rules that we set.

I am relatively new to automation so please let me know if anyone has an idea of how we would do this.

Zaps can have Paths, each Path with a Filter for conditions: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496288555917

Paths require a Zapier Pro+ plan.
