  • How can I send customers with a specific Klaviyo tag to another Klaviyo account using Zapier?

Hello,

I have a issue and I do not know how to fix it.

I need to have two klaviyo accounts. One of them is connected to our company.

The second one is used for informative content. So what I´m trying to do is:

When my customer gets a certain tag (e.g. purchase a certain product), I´d like to send him via that Tag with Zapier to my second account. Is that possible?

I thought about using the klaviyo segments, but I think it´s not possible to use segments with Zapier.

This is the available Zap trigger: Klaviyo - New Event

You would have to configure a Klaviyo Flow to set a new event for a Subscriber.

I don´t have that “metric” option.

I could use the filter, but that won´t fix my problem.
