We want to have a CC fail email go to a customer from Mailchimp when the trigger goes off for a credit card fail. It would be one customer at a time as we have subscriptions that are run monthly or annually depending on the agreement.

It looks like the Mailchimp app does not support sending emails. However, there’s a Mailchimp Transactional app that supports this functionality. Would this work for you? If so, I suggest setting up the Zap like this:
- Trigger: Stripe - Failed Payment
- Action: Mailchimp Transactional - Send Email
