Is it possible to automate daily sending of messages to a Slack channel with all Google Calendar events scheduled for that day (from one specific company calendar)? Not only with those that start on a given day.
I would like to create a summary that would show all people who are on vacation/out of the office on a given day. A summary that would be sent as a message to users on a Slack channel every day at a specific time.

Try creating a GCal Custom Action with the help of AI to retrieve all Events for a date.

There’s an open feature request for the ability to search for multiple events discussed which is what you’d need here to get all events for a specific day so I’ve added your vote to that feature request. I can’t make any promises as to when it will be implemented but adding your vote will help increase it’s priority and ensure you get notified if and when it’s added.
