How can I see which emails Zapier has sent out when a Stripe outbound email is sent after checkout?

How can I see which emails Zapier has sent out? I just made my first order on Stripe for 97$, and the customer sent me an mail that he didn't receive, which was supposed to be sent out by Zapier. Is there any way I can check this?
