My organization recently hired a consultant to help us troubleshoot some automation between our CRM and Zapier. The consultant says they spent 6 hours working with ‘Ben’ at Zapier, but we don’t have a plan that allows for live chat, so I’m wondering if I can find out who they might have talked to and whether that actually happened? We have a billing dispute with the consultant and I’m trying to verify whether they connected with someone at Zapier and whether any progress was made.
