  • How can I optimize my Zap to handle high-volume email automation without using too many credits?

Hey, i'm looking to find a more cost effective way to run this specific zap/ find an alternative that is less expensive.

 

To give you a break down of what I want to achieve:

When a new email is sent from Instantly.ai (in a specific campaign and its a specific step of my email sequence)  I then want it to create a new item in my Monday.com Board in a specific group with information about this new sent email (the leads name, email...)

 

What is the problem: 
Im able to create this zap however I send many emails every single day for every client that i have.  I send around 400 per client per day.  This would take A LOT OF CREDITS and it then becomes not worth it anymore.

 

any ideas?

Perhaps add a Filter step to only add emails as Monday Items.
