I want to send a notification on Slack only when a Jira Cloud issue is moved to a certain stage by specific people. I created something like the example below, but it sends a notification on Slack for EVERY update, even when there's just a new comment or other changes. Is there any way to filter which type of update was made?

The data from Jira would have to include data points about which field was changed or NEW/OLD values for data points to compare in a Filter step.
An alternative approach is to use a lookup table to log the current data for a Jira issue, but that may use lots of Tasks:
