How can I make a Google Drive file move to another folder by using Zapier Tables dropdown menu?

I want when I click 'ja' in zapier table that the file before it moves to the other google folder in google drive

how can I implement this?

Hi @Grijper 

Zap action: GDrive - Move File

  • File field expects the ID of the File
  • Folder ID expects the ID of the Folder

Yes this bit I understood. 
Only I want that when I click “Ja” in me zapier table that it moves it.

  1. Trigger: Tables - Updated Record
    1. Select the field to watch
  2. Action: Filter
    1. Check the field value = Ja
  3. Action: GDrive - Move File

I've switched to airtable, only I can't manage to get the automation working, this is what I had thought of myself only the zap only works up to a certain share.... Do you have any ideas?

 

I understand that the problem is because the zap is not looking in real time along with the part where “Ja” should read.

Tested a lot myself only I can't really figure it out.

Hi @Grijper,

I’m sorry for the late reply here.

Have you tried publishing your Zap to see the Zap in full action? Testing the Zap won’t show real world results.

I'll be keeping an eye out for your response!
