How can I get fields from Zendesk organization and update related Jira ticket?

How can I get fields from Zendesk organization and update related Jira ticket?

 

The use case is as follows:

I have a field in Jira that has the names of the customers and it is a multi-select drop down.

The fields are similar to the organization names in Zendesk.

I would like to update another field in Jira that is also a multi-select drop down. This field will take the value of a drop down field in the organization in Zendesk and select it in the Jira dropdown.

 

For example, if I have 2 customers chosen in Jira, then their related field from Zendesk will be added to the other Jira field.

 

Is this possible?

If yes, how can we achieve it?
