How can I get a daily summary of Google Calendar meetings via email and SMS?

I really need a way to receive a daily summary of my meetings in Google Calendar, say at 8.30am to my email and to my mobile via sms? Is this possible? I know I have the usual 5am email from google cal, but that’s pointless as I have to wade through about 30 emails by the tim e I’m up at say 7am and get to 9am!

Here’s one option...

Try these Zap steps:

  1. Trigger: Gmail - New Email Matching Search
  2. Action: Formatter > Text > Split
    1. Likely need multiple Formatter steps to parse the desired data.
  3. Action: Delay - Until
  4. Action: SMS by Zapier - Send SMS
  5. Action: Gmail - Send Email

Another options is to use the GCal API: https://developers.google.com/calendar/api/v3/reference

Try one of these Zap app options:

  • Custom Action (with the help of AI)
