I am trying to move new contacts from Salesforce to HubSpot and I am unable to find the account name field. As a recommended work around I created a formula field to find the Account Name and this new field is also not showing as an option within Zapier. Any ideas of what I can do to resolve this?

Good question.

For the Zap Trigger: HubSpot - New Contact

These fields will be returned.

There is an option to retrieve additional properties.

Is that what you’re looking for?

Otherwise, please post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured and outline a specific example in order for us to have context.

One thing that might help - do you mind clarifying if you’re looking for the account name field in HubSpot or Salesforce?
