How can I have the Zap create a new Salesforce custom record and create a relationship with the Contact object based on matching Email address each time a survey is completed via SurveyMonkey?

  • Action: Salesforce - Find/Create Contact
  • Action: Salesforce - Create Record
    • Map the Contact record ID found from the previous step
